The Branham’s truly created a legacy in the lodge business of Alaska; a legacy that they were able to pass on to new owners as they were able to retire. Congratulations to the Branhams on a life well lived, a career well pursued, and a retirement well deserved.
The new ownership team would like nothing more than to continue the legacy and tradition of Chris and Linda Branham while updating equipment and facilities to make Royal Wolf Lodge the best lodge in all of Southwest Alaska. The new ownership has a rich history running lodges in Alaska. Their other lodges, Rainbow River Lodge and Iliamna River Lodge, have been incredibly successful and provide guests with unparalleled luxury in a wilderness setting.
Nate Morris is the new manager at Royal Wolf Lodge. With 14 years of experience as a guide, 11 years as a Head High School Basketball coach, and 7 years as an English teacher before taking on his new role as manager of Royal Wolf Lodge, Nate brings a unique perspective to running a wilderness lodge. Nate, along with his wife Holly, and daughters Ellie and Hailey, has a passion for taking care of people and helping people live out truly unique experiences. In April of 2022, Nate quit his teaching career to pursue his dream of running a fly fishing lodge; he cannot wait to share that dream with you!
